WHEN BOOKING COLOUR APPOINTMENTS ONLINE:

1. ALWAYS BOOK COLOUR BEFORE CUT OR STYLE
2. ALWAYS BOOK A HIGHLIGHT TONER AFTER ALL HIGHLIGHT SERVICES
3. COLOUR SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE CUT OR STYLE (PLEASE BOOKE SEPARATELY.

CANCELLATION & APPOINTMENT POLICIES:

For appointments:

1. If you are late by 20 minutes or more, unfortunately your appointment may have to be cancelled and rescheduled.

2. If you know ahead of time that you are going to be late, please call to see if your appointment can still be accommodated. A cancellation fee may apply.

3. 24 hours notice or more is required for all appointment cancellations. Deposits for injectableS are non-fundable. Late cancellations for all other services will be charged a fee of $25.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO SHOWS:

Due to the high demand for appointments, no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment and full payment will be required before rebooking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
